(2) Apart from that you will also get the product download link in the email id provided during checkout. it might take 5 to 10 minutes to get that email.
(3) If you have not received the product through email we recommend you to check the spam folder or promotional tab email. all the files are uploaded in the drive. You can download it whenever you want it.

We have never faced this issue till now, just send us an email at with your order details and we will send you a new one. Although, before mailing us, We request you to check your spam & promotional mails as well. Kindly provide your correct name, email, phone number details while Buying, so that you can get the product link to your correct email id which you give in cart checkout page.
